Refund Policy – Organic Goddess Sea Moss Gel

At Organic Goddess Sea Moss Gel, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable and sanitary nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy to ensure quality and safety for all customers. Please review the details below before making a purchase.




No Returns (Perishable & Sanitary Reasons)


For health and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Since our sea moss gel is a perishable product, it cannot be resold or restocked. We appreciate your understanding that all purchases are non-refundable except under the specific conditions outlined below.




Partial Refund for Dissatisfaction (35% Within 3 Days)


If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a one-time partial refund of 35% of the purchase price. To qualify:


  • You must request the refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • No return is required; you may keep or discard the product.
  • This courtesy refund is limited to one refund per customer/household.

Damaged or Defective Orders (Replacement only)


If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement. To qualify:


  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Send your request to OrganicGoddessSeaMossGel@gmail.com.



Once verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.




Subscription Cancellation Policy (6-Month Minimum Commitment)


When signing up for a recurring subscription with Organic Goddess Sea Moss Gel, customers agree to a minimum of six (6) subscription orders before cancellation is allowed.


This policy is in place to allow our sea moss gel to deliver its full benefits through consistent use, as results often improve over time.


By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to complete at least 6 billing cycles before cancellation is permitted.


Cancellations requested before completing 6 subscription orders will not be approved, and early cancellation requests will be denied.


If you have fulfilled the 6-order requirement and wish to cancel, you may do so from your account dashboard or by contacting us directly at OrganicGoddessSeaMossGel@gmail.com.




No Refunds for Incorrect Shipping Addresses or Customer Errors


Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Improper storage (Sea Moss Gel must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival).
  • Ordering errors (incorrect item, wrong quantity, change of mind, etc.).
  • Refund requests made after the allowed time frame (3 days for dissatisfaction, 24 hours for damaged goods).





Refund Processing Time


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the funds.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
