At Organic Goddess Sea Moss Gel, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products in a timely manner. To ensure the best shipping experience, please read our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
We ship primarily on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.
Orders placed later in the week (Thursday-Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.
Thursday shipments may be processed for nearby locations to ensure delivery by Saturday and prevent delays over the weekend.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, but this may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 (U.S. Only)
For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Duties & Import Taxes for International Orders
We collect duties and import taxes at checkout for international orders to ensure smooth delivery.
The total price you see at checkout includes all applicable import taxes and duties, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Duties and import taxes are non-refundable. If an order is returned, refunds will only apply to the product price, excluding any paid duties and taxes.
If you refuse a package due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping Address & Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we will not issue a refund or reshipment if the package is delivered to the wrong location. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will not issue a refund. The customer is responsible for purchasing a new order if they wish to receive the product.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our Sea Moss Gel, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to OrganicGoddessSeaMossGel@gmail.com to qualify for a refund or replacement.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a one-time partial refund of 35% within 3 days of delivery. No product return is required.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details. If necessary, contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
